When it comes to an invitation that requires a ribbon, the website should indicate that before checkout it did not include it. So when I got the invitations, I was missing that crucial component and had to order it without a discount and I already spent $400 on invitations and had to spend an additional fee for shipping with my new order which I could had included in my original order. The website should prompt or indicate that at checkout. When I called customer service, the rep didnt seem helpful. Now because I have to order the ribbon, there is a delay in sending out my invitations.

Reply: Dear Brides, when selecting a style that is shown with an optional ribbon, if you get to your shopping cart and have not included your ribbon, a pop-up will appear asking you if you would like to add the ribbon to your order. Three dimensional invitations are very popular, and our ribbons are an exact match to our dresses, making it the perfect way to "tie" in your event color throughout all the different elements you select.
