When I started looking for wedding invites I quickly decided I could not afford or justify spending close to $1000 for something that literally gets thrown in the trash. Our wedding (Sept. 6, 2014) is a formal, traditional church wedding with a country club reception so I needed an invitation that would "set the tone" of our event. I found these invites and immediately ordered a free sample. While the paper is a little thin, the overall invitation is lovely. I ordered them in ecru with black script. Our color scheme is truffle brown, champagne and gold; however, in attempt to create easy legibility I ordered them using black ink. I've received TONS of compliments from our guests. Overall, I am quite satisfied with our choice. I also managed to order them during a promo sale which saved me $200+ which is always a great bonus. I was able to customize the template to say exactly what I had wanted. Also, in an effort to save some cash I opted out of reception cards. I was able to include the reception info at the very bottom of the invite which added a few dollars to our overall purchase order, but ultimately saved us tons! I'd highly recommend these invitations to any bride looking for traditional yet feasible invites. BONUS: They don't require any extra postage!

Reply: Dear Audrey-thank you for sharing your concern about your Customer Service experience. There are resources that we definitely could have shared with you. Have a wonderful wedding day!
Service Comments: We ordered 300 Ornate invites, thank you's and RSVP cards, all of which arrived in a timely fashion. They came packaged nicely and were undamaged. I was sent a tracking number so I knew exactly when they would arrive which was nice. My only complaint is this: when my sister ordered wedding invitations (ten years ago) for their wedding the bridal store included an etiquette guide for addressing formal invitations. When I called David's Bridal to ask if they provided such info, they acted like I was being ridiculous. While I realize there are tons of websites available to aid in this, it would be nice if they included even a small do's and don'ts list.
