I had to order the invitations a second time, because the first set was in the smallest unreadable font size. I would have just gone somewhere else but already ordered response cards and thank you cards in the same style.
The invitation design is adorable, but the amount of white space around the edge of the card leaves very little room for actual information. The couple needs to be able to at least convey the location, time and names, but I had to get creative to actually be able to fit this stuff in the invitation.
Additionally, the font sizes are changed automatically but you can't see what the change actually looks like. When I received the first batch of these cards they were unreadable due to the incredibly small font size and the scripted font style. The proof I ordered was larger than actual size, so also not helpful.
Recommend: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Service Comments: This website is terrible to use. You have little to no control over individual lines of text, you can choose arbitrary font sizes of small, medium and large (whatever that means!) but the website will automatically resize and yet the example photo does not accurately reflect the change. A pop up with a generic warning message will appear telling you that the font size was changed and you may not like it and here are some reasons why this was done, (with a list of about 5 reasons), but there is no indication of which one could possible be the cause of the problem on your invitation. You end up spending hours clicking different font styles and hitting "ok" to see if the pop-up appears, just to know if you've hit the magical jack-pot combination of words, font style and size for the final invitation to be readable.
The support/help for the site was a joke, the person I spoke with was reasonably responsive and nice but completely useless when it came to actually helping. The advice I received was basically a re-hash of the same generic and useless message the website already provides.
