this paper is too thin to feel important. it's almost like regular printer paper. it's a fun design, but because of the quality of paper, and the fact that it's plain white, it looks like something you'd use for a child's birthday invitation, not a wedding.
it's also a lot bigger than you'd imagine a "Z-fold" invitation to be, about 5x7, 3 times. our friends and family, especially my parents and grandparents, made it clear that these were a bad choice for a wedding invite, and it made me feel horrible.
on top of that, the initial prints came out wrong and had to be reprinted, causing about 1.5 week delay. david's bridal was at least accommodating with that and next-day air shipped everything. because of the time frame, we decided to salvage these by cutting the reprints and gluing them onto cardstock instead of returning them. if we had more time to shop for another design, i think we'd just return them.
we thought we were saving money by choosing these invitations, but it ended up costing us double, plus time and effort, to make them look decent.
Recommend: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Reply: Dear bride to be-we apologize that you were disappointed in your invitation ensemble. We do encourage all brides to order a sample of the invitation so you can touch and feel the paper prior to making your final decision. Thank you for sharing your concerns
