The overlay for the invitation had to be reprinted because the plum ink on the overlay did not match the color of the ribbon at all. It was more pink than purple. The overlay had to be reprinted in a different color in order to make them match. When I first contacted David's regarding the color, I was told they would be reprinted the next day and sent to me overnight. It took 4 different follow up phones calls (after I didn't receive them when I was told I would) to find out that they actually hadn't been reprinted yet, and that the press office would be contacted to find out why. It took 4 days to have the overlays reprinted.

Service Comments: Delivery was terrible. I was told that the invitations would be sent to me overnight and I was guaranteed I would receive them on Friday, March 15. I never received the invitations on the Friday, and when I contacted UPS, they claimed that they didn't receive the package on time to send them out that day. According to the online updates, my invitations were on the truck in transit for delivery, but according to the customer service representative, the invitations never left. UPS is extremely unreliable, and you may want to consider using a different company for shipping. I'm sure David's Bridal paid for overnight shipping, and it took 3 days for the invitations to arrive.
